Know Your Options If You’re Not Satisfied With Your Purchase

At ModernPSD, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products and a smooth customer experience. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless otherwise specified below:

Refund Eligibility:

  • No Refunds for Working or Used Products: Once a digital file has been downloaded and is confirmed to be working as intended, we cannot offer refunds. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before making a purchase.
  • Refunds for Defective Products: If you encounter a technical issue or believe the product is defective, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue, and if the problem cannot be resolved, we will offer a refund.
  • No Response from Support: If you have contacted our Support Desk about an issue but did not receive a response within 72 hours (business days only), you may be eligible for a refund. Please ensure you provide proof of your initial support request.

Non-Refundable Situations:

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

  1. Downloaded Products: If a product has been downloaded and functions as described, it is non-refundable.
  2. Change of Mind or Accidental Purchases: Refunds for change of mind can be provided only if the product has not been downloaded.

  1. You may cancel your account at any time, but no refunds will be issued upon cancellation.
  2. If a refund is issued, you will immediately lose access to all ModernPSD products and assets, and any previously downloaded files must be removed from your projects.
  3. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
