Important Notice About Digital Content & Explicit Consent
By completing a purchase on ModernPSD, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

- Delivery occurs electronically, and access and/or download may begin immediately after payment
- You expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content
- Once access or download begins, you waive any statutory right to cancel or withdraw, except where the product is defective or access cannot be provided
This does not affect any statutory consumer rights that cannot be legally excluded under applicable law.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only in the circumstances outlined below.
1. No Refunds for Functioning Digital Products
Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded and is confirmed to function substantially as described on the product page, it is non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all relevant information prior to purchase, including:
- Product descriptions and specifications
- Previews or demos (where provided)
- System, software, and compatibility requirements
Failure to review this information does not constitute grounds for a refund.
2. Refunds for Defective Digital Products
If you believe a product is defective, you must contact our Support Team within 14 calendar days of purchase.
Definition of a Defective Digital Product
A digital product is considered defective only if:
- It contains a verified technical fault inherent to the file, and
- It cannot be opened or used for its core advertised purpose, and
- The issue is reproducible and confirmed by our Support Team
A product is not considered defective due to:
- User error or lack of technical knowledge
- Software, version, or compatibility issues disclosed prior to purchase
- Third-party software or platform limitations
- Subjective dissatisfaction, aesthetic preference, or design expectations not explicitly stated on the product page
Resolution Process
- Our Support Team may request reasonable troubleshooting steps
- If the issue can be resolved, no refund will be issued
- If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund will be provided
A product may be accessed or downloaded and still qualify for a refund only if it is confirmed to be defective as defined above.
3. Download or Access Failures
If you are unable to download or access your purchased product, you must notify us promptly.
- We require up to 24 hours to investigate and resolve access or delivery issues
- If the issue is resolved within this timeframe, the purchase remains non-refundable
- If access cannot be provided, you may be eligible for a refund
4. No Response from Support
If you submit a valid refund-eligible support request within 14 days of purchase and receive no response within 72 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), you may request a refund.
Proof of the original support request must be provided.
Evidence of Delivery and Access
- Date and time of purchase
- IP address and device information
- Download and/or access logs
- File delivery confirmation
- Support communications
This information may be used to investigate refund requests and to respond to payment provider disputes.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded and function as described
- Change of mind, personal preference, or accidental purchases

- Purchases made by another authorised individual
- Claims based on lack of skill, experience, or software familiarity

Purchases made using a payment method the buyer was authorised to use are not considered unauthorised transactions.
Account Cancellation
You may cancel your ModernPSD account at any time. Account cancellation does not entitle you to a refund.
Effect of a Refund
If a refund is issued:
- All licences granted for the refunded product are immediately terminated
- Access to the refunded product and related assets will be revoked
- You must permanently delete all copies of the refunded product
- Continued possession or use constitutes unauthorised use and may result in legal action for copyright infringement
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
How to Request a Refund

- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Product name
- Clear description of the issue
- Supporting evidence (where applicable)
Incomplete requests may delay processing or result in rejection.
Dispute Timeframes & Final Notes
Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the timeframes stated in this policy. Disputes or chargebacks initiated outside these timeframes may be contested with the payment provider using delivery, access, and consent records.
This policy is governed by applicable international consumer protection laws. Where local law grants non-waivable consumer rights, those rights will prevail.
