Understanding Our Licensing Rules – Usage Guidelines & Restrictions

1. License Information
This template, preset file, or other digital product (the “Resource”) is the intellectual property of the Creator and Modern Studio, with ModernPSD.com operating under Modern Studio. All rights to the Resources are owned by Modern Studio and its affiliated platform, ModernPSD.com. Modern Studio and ModernPSD.com disclaim all responsibility and liability for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise, arising from the use of the Resource.

2. License Coverage and Restrictions
The Resources provided may be used in personal or commercial projects by the purchaser or their clients, subject to the specific license purchased. Certain Resources may be excluded from specific license types. Modern Studio offers different license options, and purchasers must review and adhere to the licensing terms applicable to each Resource before use.

Modern Studio is currently providing a commercial license until further notice; however, this does not constitute a permanent or universal right to commercial use for all Resources. Future changes to license terms may apply, and users are responsible for ensuring continued compliance with applicable policies.

3. Prohibited Uses
Unless expressly permitted under the applicable license, the purchaser is strictly prohibited from:

1. Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Resource, either independently or as a separate attachment to any project.

2. Using the Resource in a manner that violates the intellectual property rights of third parties or the terms of this agreement.

3. Including the Resource as an additional attachment in any resalable web application, software program, or digital product.

4. Sharing links to the source files or distributing the Resource in any form.

5. Replicating or imitating the fundamental work principles of the Resource.

6. Developing a pattern generator, software, or similar product based on the Resource.

7. Modifying the Resource and reselling it as a standalone product.

8. Using the Resource to generate code or automated systems for resale.

9. Bundling the Resource with resalable templates, themes, or frameworks as a complimentary or integrated asset.

4. Modification Rights
The purchaser may modify the Resource as necessary for use in their projects; however, such modifications do not grant the purchaser the right to redistribute, resell, or sublicense the modified Resource beyond the scope of the purchased license.

5. Indemnification
The purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Creator, Modern Studio, and ModernPSD.com from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions arising from the unauthorized use of the Resource.

6. Limitation of Liability
Modern Studio, ModernPSD.com, and the Creator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of the Resource, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
